Content License

You keep all ownership of the fault descriptions, photos and example data you upload. You grant Upkept a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to generate your results and operate the service. Uploads are cleared from active cache after 30 days by default, and we do not use them to train AI models.

The diagnoses, checklists, step boards, images, walkthrough reels and Fix-It Plans generated for you are licensed to you for your own personal or internal property-maintenance use, including sharing them with a tradesperson you engage. This includes commercial use by landlords maintaining their own let properties.

• Do not resell or redistribute generated assets as a standalone product or service.
• Do not present them as an official inspection, certification or survey.
• Do not remove safety flags or disclaimers when sharing a Fix-It Plan.

The Upkept platform, brand, example imagery and underlying content remain our property or that of our licensors. Example assets shown on the site are illustrative and not licensed for reuse.

Generated assets use generic specifications and avoid third-party brands, logos or product names. If you spot anything that looks otherwise, tell us at support@riamaispe.shop and we will correct it.
