Acceptable Use Policy

Only use Upkeptfor a home or property you own, rent or are authorised to maintain. Do not use it to assess or interfere with someone else's property without their consent.

These are non-negotiable safety boundaries:

• Do not attempt gas work — a Gas Safe registered engineer must carry it out.
• Do not attempt fixed-wiring or consumer-unit work — a qualified electrician must carry it out.
• Do not attempt structural, load-bearing, asbestos, roofing or working-at-height work — use the relevant specialist.

Upkept will not walk you through these tasks and you agree not to try to make it do so. In any gas, electrical, water or collapse emergency, stop, isolate the supply if safe, leave the area and call the appropriate emergency service.

• Do not present a diagnosis or Fix-It Plan as a professional inspection, certification or survey.
• Do not use outputs to fabricate warranty claims, insurance claims or statutory safety records.
• Do not rely on the service where a legally required professional inspection applies.

• No unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing content in your inputs or uploads.
• No uploading of other people's personal data or images without their consent.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.

The service may not be used by under-13s; 13–17s require guardian consent and supervision. Any hands-on task involving tools, electricity or heights must be supervised by an adult.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy. Report misuse to support@riamaispe.shop.
